Very interesting. I didn't listen to every single minute so I may have missed some but if you're short on time, the Reader's Digest notes of the 53:31 minute clip are as follows, times are approximate:

16:00 - Dove hunting
22:00 - License increase explanation
25:00 - Lack of DNR power concerning regs/tag allotment, etc.
26:30 - NR tags issue
51:30 - Sustainable funding/fees for revenue

Most of the rest deals with watershed quality, air quality, and flooding issues from last year.

FWIW, for now I listened just to the part about NR tags and I will say that I think he understands the issue. Now whether or not we have the same opinion or not, that is another matter. But at least he can articulate the varying points of view.

Thanks for posting this here... I think everyone should take a little time and listen to what Leopold has to say. He does a pretty good job of at least recognizing some of the important issues we've been discussing on here.
