Wouldn't want to sway your opinion, even if I could.
I have no idea about unintended consequences. What I do know is that Iowa, being a agricultural state, is not the most fertile breeding ground for PETA and HSUS. Even so, I think we should get something on the books before the ARW's (animal right wacko's) do.
