Last night I didnt see a deer until I was walking out, and then I spooked two bucks in the dark just as i was walking past another stand that I was going to hunt tonight. Should I hunt that stand today or leave that area alone because i spooked deer there last night. The wind wasn't right for it this morning but it will be perfect tonight so i'm really itching to go out to that one because I almost always see bucks in that stand.

Any advice????

I'd leave it alone myself. Since it's always been a productive spot, it will be again....but by spooking the bucks there last night you may want to let them get comfortable there again before hunting it.

If you don't let it "rest", they may still come back tonite, BUT will be looking for you and if they bust you there again you may ruin that stand for the season.

IMHO,

If they get ya figured they may avoid it all together.I would bug out for awhile and give the big boys a chance to relax.

I would of hunted it tonight if the wind was perfect. If they didn't show up to the field tonight, then you have nothing to lose, you didn't see them they, they weren't there, if the wind was perfect they didn't wind you, so nothing was lost, and if they showed and it was a buck you wanted to shoot and got him then you gained everything. just my thinking, bumping deer off a field one night doesn't effect their pattern much I dont think. when it's more of a, every night I bump them off the field,is where it's gonna be a problem. plus it's early in the season, half the deer out there don't even know what's going on yet
