Same Deer ?

The shed in the picture was found in the spring of 2005. The next two pictures were taken in the fall of 2005. I did not see the deer or get any pictures in 2006. I just got a picture this week of a deer that may be the same deer. Its kinda hard to tell in the last picture but it looks to me like it might be the same deer. Its hard to tell with the bad picture.

Looks like the unique kicker is on the wrong antler in 2007, to me.

I maybe wrong but that is what it looks like to me.
