The Cubs are at .500 and don't play again until Friday. At least 48 hours to enjoy the Cubs not being losers.

Every winter I look forward to baseball. I know winter is almost over when pitchers and catchers report. I know spring is here when the first pitch is thrown. I know I have six months of baseball to look forward to. I know I have six months of pain and anguish over the Cubs, but damn it, THIS IS THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing I left out was I know when it's game 7 of the World Series the rut is right around the corner.

Rut Happens every year- Cubs are only in the world series for the next 6 consecutive seasons- definately will be in wrigleyville all 6 of them:)

I just picked up some tickets for a july series!

If you remember in the movie Back to Future they went ahead into 2015 and the cubs won the series. So it has to be true.
