Seeing Bucks?

Where have you guys been seeing bucks in the evening? In alfalfa, clover, green beans, yellow beans..........? I am hunting again this weekend and am expecting to get a buck in the evening rather than the morning. I sat along a green alfalfa field and did not see a deer in it. Wind was perfect and everything. I don't know what is going on and was wondering if you guys did. Thanks!

I still have been seeing them in the beans in a few places, the beans are yellow and drying quickly however and I don't expect that to last. One of my other spots I have been catching them in the alfalfa really late, probably 15 minutes after sunset.

In the past I have had good success finding acorns and hunting them in the early season, with beans dry you might want to check the timber to see if they have been hitting the acorns.

THEY'VE BEEN HITTIN THEY ACORNS PRETTY HARD UP HERE FOR THE LAST WEEK OR SO. SEEN THEM IN THE ALFALFA JUST BEFORE DARK.

I have noticed them eating a ton of acorns. Saw quite a few last night in a bean field next to the interstate. Also saw a couple of two year olds come out of the corn last weekend.

Well... i just went hunting last weekend and have had quite a few deer comin into the yellow beans! more like poorin out of the timber into the fields... i got my buck last weekend while it was fightin another smaller buck! it was cool i just watched haha and then realized i was hunting so i shot and dropped it in its tracks! we had about 3 bucks come out of the timber that morning and 4 that evening! but i spotted the biggest there and shot it! my first buck and im happy with it! So i would say the yellow beans.... although across the way i saw plenty of deer headin for the alfalfa fields! well good luck and happy hunting!
