Seeing some nice bucks already

While turkey hunting the past couple weekends I saw a couple decent bucks developing already. On Sunday, a friend of mine heard a story about seeing a buck that already had his G3! How big should their racks be at this point?

I saw 4 young bucks on Sunday and two still had nubs and 2 had split off brow tines.
