Digging through old pics today, and first hard horn I had on camera last year was August 24th. Got a few on camera that look like they could start stripping velvet any day.

I've had a camera up for quite a while on a run way. Corn that meets hay, now there is a big fresh scrape at the end of the runway and I have a 135 1/8 buck on camera with his g-2s starting to peal. Its getting close all the bucks look they have lost 10inches with the velvet drying up! LOL
