Just wanted to let everyone know that Shievershield gave me excellent customer service. I was trying to get an order in later last night for a pair of insoles and a stadium seat, to try their products out. I did not get my Veteran status confirmed before midnight last night. This morning I got a text from them at 6am. They were on the phone with me within the half hour to get my order in and still gave me the discount. I figured I would still buy the products out, that I wanted, since they are not the much. Even without the discount. To top it off my order was already shipped today.

I am not sure how they are setup, the company web sight gives and Arkansas address. The person that I spoke with was in Sioux City, IA.

Also, has anyone used their clothing before?

No clue about the product, but I do think that Brian McFarlane is a great guy from the run ins I've had with him in the past, and they seem to have some incredible products based on their studies.
