As you can see this buck has been injured and certainly is not at his full potential at this time.
If this buck passed your stand at 20 yards what would you be thinking?
Do you pass on him and hope he has some nice headgear next year?
Do you let him walk this fall so he can pass on some good genes during the rut?
Or, do you harvest him and have the rack repaired by your taxidermists?
