Shoot through mesh

Looking into a couple commercial ground blinds, anyone have any experience with the shoot through mesh windows..good or bad.

I have had no trouble shooting Jak-hammers through the mesh on my DB.

If they have mesh do NOT shoot any mechanical that has an "L" shaped blade end. The finer the mesh the better as well. I've noticed that on some of the less expensive blinds the mesh is a little thicker material and may affect the flight of the arrow.

I have heard bad things about shooting mechanicals through mesh. Two people in my area said they cause their arrows to perform poorly. One of the two switched to back to muzzy's after buying his second ground blind just so he could shoot through the mesh.

Mechanicals that open from front back by folding open = BAD
Fixed blade = GOOD

I have had no problem with mechanicals shooting thru the mesh. I have used jak hammers, and rocket hammerheads and slammerheads. They shoot great through it. I have shot muzzys thru it as well and did not like the results.
