Well everything happened so fast i dont have much of a story but i managed to end my season this morning. Got out and set up at 530 this morning. Turkeys were gobbling on the roost around 6. At first light i watched two toms fly down and gave them a couple yelps and they were on there way. Within 15 min they were ganging up on the dsd. After watching them beat on the decoy for a minute or two i drew back and let the first bullhead fly. It hit its mark and the bird dropped in its tracks. The second bird decided it was a good chance to get the upper hand and beat on the downed bird so i nocked another bullhead and gave him the same treatment. In the end i decided i spent more time setting up for the hunt than the actual hunt itself lasted. But im happy with the result everything was over at 637.

Congrats. Looks like those two had seen better days by the looks of their fans. Cool pics of the bullhead doing work.

WOWSA! Did you throw an axe at the animal? :D:D Good work! :way:

No axe just a bullhead. Its was my second year ever hunting turkeys and the first year with the bullheads. I was kind of skeptical with some of the reviews out there but figured i would try them. I was very impressed with how they shoot and i only had to move one pin when sighting them in. If you enjoy hunting turkeys with a bow i would strongly suggest giving bullheads a try.
