sights? again??

I just have a curious question...I have been looking into new bows, and also sights. I am looking into a sliding slide, with one pin, and you adjust. I do however like fixed pins, because of the fact that if a deer comes up then you dont have to adjust. Anyone shoot a slider in the treestands? thanks for your input..I know it pry has been discussed before, so sorry..

A buddy of mine has one of these sights and says it works out awesome. Movable and fixed Hybrid....best of both worlds I guess Trophy ridge
