The guy is way overbowed in his draw length but it shows how much a string goes back and forth after a release.

He has his elbow fully extended and locked to get to draw length... optimally it should be bent some away from the path of the string

wow that is a pretty cool video. i never would have imagined that it would move that much, but that is only a .35 second video so it doesnt really move as much as you think it does.

Or he's not anchoring correctly. Either way, the perfect reason not to shoot with a locked bow arm. Imagine what it would be like with hunting clothes on. LOL!
