Slow weekend for us

[Deer Nut]

The wife and I hunted a really good farm in Van Buren Co all weekend. Very few deer in our part of the section. The does are doing everything they can to hide in the thickest cover and the bucks are there too. Nothing was traveling in our area. I have 4 cameras throughout and they have seen little action since Halloween. We are going back tomorrow night so we can be there for the cold front. Good luck everyone I believe the best action is yet to come!

Bucks were definitely locked down in the area I was hunting in jones co. Saw one yearling doe wandering around at 10:45, then nothing rest of the day. Same thing Saturday afternoon as well at a different farm in Jackson co.
