Snow in Van Buren County????

Attention to the Brethren of IW

OK, i live in Webster County and hunt in Van Buren County, Jonny and I are headed to VB this weekend to do a very quick shed-hunting trip and pull some stands.....
Up here in Northwest Iowa we got blasted with tons of snow.....18 inches or so,
i was wondering if anybody lives in or has been in VBC lately???
unfortunatly we only have half a day to look for sheds and want to be prepared.
bottom line:
is there snow down there, and if so, how much?

I'm about 10 min. from the Van Buren line and yes there's a little snow and ice left in the timber. Patchy at best, but the weather man is calling for warmer temps today and Friday so you may just have mud to deal with by Saturday. Good luck.

Very little snow is left on the ground, should be in the 50's today and I am guessing all the snow will be melted by tomorrow. My friend and I found a lot of sheds last weekend.
