I have no idea what part of the country this came from or who developed this area but he had know idea what he was doing. Amazing.

I have tried to put the pictures in 3 times now and it isn't working. I did the same way I have always done it. Not sure what is wrong. Could someone help a guy out.

Probably some skateboarding pro is building this house. His buddy across the street has the other half of the pipe.

If you were pulling a car up into the garage, you'd need some serious ground clearance to clear the peak.

To bad it is in town, you could put a 3d target in the street and practice for the tree stand.

Scoffin, dang it, you already said exactly what I was going to say!

So I have to think of a new one...

I would like to be they guy that sells the lucky homeowner his icemelt for the winter!

Seriously, that is ridiculous.

I'll keep my eyes open while I'm drivivg around, it has to be in my area of PA. You guys wouldn't believe some of the lots that the greedy developers around here build on.

SHUT UP THATS MY NEW HOUSE!
The wife needs new exhaust, but we solved the problem by putting the garage floor on the same slope as the driveway. So there! you just have to be a little smarder.

I hope there is an interesting story behind that. Such as, the developer did not know the city required the sidewalk until after it was built. It would be a steep grade even if you went all the way to the street, but it would not be as silly.

All I can picture is people listening to the rocky theme song running up and down the driveway exercising, I guess it would be kind of like the stairs

Its a shame the housing markets are so tight that builders get away with this crap. We have that here in Wisconsin. The local big building in the entry-mid-level market has a lock on the area - his old man bought up all the farmland outside of town (there's a big lake on the other side, so it can only grow one way). He's just cramming crappy houses in on small lots and he can't build them fast enough. He builds junk too.
