Some other pics of the late twins!

I went through and picked out a few other pics of the twins for you to look at. There hide amazes me. Looks like a winter coat on the face and a summer coat from the neck down. Enjoy!

This last pic is just of a couple target bucks to find the sheds. Ones is a pretty old boy that I've seen a couple times. The other is new to me and seems young. (Closest to the camera) Gonna be a big deer in the next couple years for sure! Love the small crabs.

What exactly are you setting out for them there? Sorry, my knowledge of hay is pretty shallow. Looks like they really appreciate it though!

I might have to look into trying that. Winter food options are pretty scarce in one of my areas. Might even help keeping some sheds a little closer too. Thanks!

I also put out a an alfalfa mix for them...they have been destroying it! They went through one full round bale in about 1 month and I got them a 2nd just last weekend.

Be Careful Feeding Alfalfa! In the winter deers digestion system is not set up for digesting alfalfa or grasses. Their rumen "Flips" which allows them to digest woody stems buds etc. A deer can litterally starve to death on a full stomach becuase they cannot digest a stomach full of alfalfa hay.
