This is a recipe for a soup that we had on our hunting trip last month. Just fixed it today and it is awesome.
Italian Wedding Soup
1 pound Italian Sausage or Deer Spiced up
1 bag small spinach slightly chopped
2 or 3 quarts or chicken broth
1 or 2 quarts of water
kocher salt 1 tblspn
black pepper 1 tblspn
1 small bag ascini de pepi noodles
cook sausage and put into stock pot. Then add broth, water, seasoning, then add spinach and cook over medium heat til boil and put back to low heat, then add noodles, and your ready to go. This is something that you can keep adding to. It sounds goofy but it is really good.
