South Central IA

Anyone here from south central IA? We are new to the state and dont know a ton of people...would like to get out and meet some fellow hunters...i live and work in decatur county..

I hunt some ground in Decator, used to be where i did most of my hunting! Grandpa and great grandma had about 450 acres combined down by kiskys place! Great grandma decided to sell randomly one day and my grandpa and grandma got into some conflicts with a brother so that went but down there is prime time! Some giants in Decator! Welcome to the state man!

Great areas down there. Next to a managed area or block and u will have great hunting. Next to "blow everything away neighbors" - b a lot harder. Good luck- u in great spot!
