Spraying for recently seeded CIR switchgrass

Two weeks ago i mowed some bottom ground mainly containing broam grass. One of the feids I sprayed with a generic Round up and the other I left alone. Last weekend I hand seeded both feilds with CIR switchgrass and then ran a roller over both. When and what sprays should I use to help my Switchgrass come in?

I'm guessing if you are in Iowa you've seeded the CIR switch too late to have it sprout this year... I hope I'm wrong but from all I've read on Paul's threads April is getting pretty late for stratification to take place to allow the seed to sprout.
