I had some old rape and radish seed and one plot that actually was tillable already. I know it is early but I went ahead and tilled it yesterday. It had red clover and some weeds in it. My tiller didn't get right down to all the weed roots. that cussed spreading clover type weed that has tiny yellow flowers. Any rate I raked in my old seed. Now when some of the weeds revive and my seed is not up yet.If it rains those weeds will pop right back. Can I hit them with round up, before my radish and rape comes up?

If your radish & rape has not emerged, you are absolutely fine. round-up has around a 2 hour half life and is gone very fast, needs immediate contact with foliage on plant to kill. Anything growing & has leaf exposure will get killed, any seeds or stuff not emerged will be fine. Frigin nice weather, bout perfect lately, hope it's the same over there!
