spring bear hunt outfitter???

im wanting to book a spring bear hunt and was wondering if any of you have maybe been on a bear hunt that you could recomend.

I heard Ontario is probably gong to get the spring bear hunt back. Anyone know any more on this?

Please interview several outfitters before making a decision and also ask for references that were sucessful and UNSUCESSFUL. I went with Pipe Lake Outfitters in Northern Sask.. It is a family run business by Barry Fairburn and his wife and daughter. Reasonably priced and excellant hunting and decent fishing. I went 3 years ago and passed on 10 bears before the one that I wanted came in and then I made a bad shot

. It's a long story but I definatly recommend him. In camp we had 5 guys and we killed 4 bears, one black, one cinnamon, one blonde and one chocolate. He is a super great guy and he has great baits, lodging and food. If you can't find any info please let me know and I will dig it up for you. Good Luck and practice alot shooting at bears (with a bow) are alot different than deer.
