SRJ 6 ?? Remove IWILL

Anyone have any details on this introduced bill? I'm being told it would be an amendment to the state constitution to remove IWILL completely. Subcommittee meeting tomorrow, Feb 19th at 11:30am. Room G15. I'm trying to move some stuff around to attend.
