States rights for hunting and fishing, please read

In the new 109th Congress, legislation has been introduced in both the Senate (S.339) and House of Representatives (H.R. 731) to give states authority to regulate their wildlife resources (issuing of hunting and fishing license).

This will in effect reverse the greedy lawsuits continually being filed by USO-- United States Outfitters.
