Still Rutting?

I have the weekend off and i'm still without my tag filled. I have been not seeing much action and have left my woods alone for about a week and a half. I'm thinking of going out tommorow. Anyone been seeing any action around hardin county?

I have been out in north hardin the last two morning and haven't seen anything but little guys. But, a coworker drives by our land every morning and he saw a good buck alone crossing some crp about 300 yards north of me today at 7:00. Of course i didnt see him as i was in the river bottom. He also had a shooter in his flower bed in his front yard at 6:30 this morning. My buddy saw a 170 pluss chasing a doe about a 1/4 mile south across the river from me yesterday morning. They are still moving just not chasing as hard as they have been the last week or two. Im going to be out all day saturday to try to get it done. My dad filled his tag two weeks ago when they were just starting to chase. im getting a little but hurt and wish i had some vacation left. good luck to ya

also four people i know shot bucks on monday evening within a few miles of me. One buddy and his 8 year old both tagged out a mile south of me and i didnt see a single buck.

Seen couple nice bucks chasing a doe this morning

Seeing all sorts of rut activity. Had 15 does and 3 nice bucks, shooters to some in a field last night, with a big 12.. they would chase around but never could lock a doe down. the big buck really didn't do much but push the other bucks around.

ya i'm south hardin county down just north of gifford if it's brown it's down for me i'm ready to shoot some MALLARDS!!!
