STS - Anyone shooting/hunting with one?

I just put one on my Trykon, and it seems to work pretty sweet. There is absolutely NOTHING after the shot... quiet as a mouse.

Anyone else out there using one? What do you think?

I've had one on my LX for a year now - love it - as you said, no vibration, nothing after the shot. I think it's improved my accuracy also.

I made a dampner bar a couple years ago for my bow. About the same thing with a sims on the end. The next year, I see the STS on Archery Talk. Would've saved some time but not any money.

I saw one made by Elite Archery called the E-Suppressor that looked awesome but the price was higher than the STS. ( You have to scroll through the pics to find it.)

Here's a couple of pics of mine and my bros.

I have been thinking of getting one... Here is an interesting of what your string does after it hits the STS. Go a couple of posts down to Symos second post which contains a video.

I saw that STS is now making a double dampner style.

After seeing the video. I think I'll try to make one that mount higher on the string. Might try using the sight bracket to get it as close to center of the string as possible. Time for some McGyvering.

That is awesome, I have seen something like that on older Fred Bear bows but never seen any on Mathews, might have to put one on my Switchback XT, I don't know if you can get them any quieter though!!

I have one on my switchback. I was hitting my are once in awhile but not since the STS. Worth the $$$ for me personally.

I had one on my old UtraMag, seemed to quiet to bow down. Didn't really like the way it fit/mounted to the bow. Had to move it was down on the string to not interfere with my bow arm. Not planning on putting on my Trykon.
