Does anyone do this themselves? Just bought an electric meat grinder and am going to make my own summer sausage this fall. Made some brats last year and used Eastman Outdoors seasoning and they were really good. Looking for some recommendations for seasons for the summer sausage and casings.
 
you might try a search on the net. i know there are many companies out there. i get a couple catalogs, but i can't remember who from. when the next ones come in, i'll try to post here.
 
hand down the best on the market, anything by TONY CHACHERES! it's on the outdoor channel all the time!

I just received my first catalog from LEM Products. Their sausage kits look pretty good...lots of varieties of sausage and all the tools and supplies you need.
Their website is kind of crappy...I'd log on to it and order the free color catalog.

that LEM products is one of the catalogs i get. i think one of the oters is sausage maker. might try a search for that
