Cooter I don't have anything against you or the M-80. It's been a better seller than the Bushnell this year. I'd like to see a few of your vids from the M-80. I've got friends that have both and are satisfied with the M-80 but say the Bushnell is definetly a step up. Worth the price difference? That's in the eye of the beholder I guess. This is not the HD cam.
I have a TC also and the m80 is much brighter........
I had just hung this cam that day so I think there was some scent that had him a little worked up. Got other vids of other deer (does and fawns...deleted) with no reaction also a yote. No bait also.
Sorry if Im highjacking your thread JJ. I just hope this makes some camera prices to drop.:drink1:
The moultrie is definitely brighter. Bright is something I rarely need. It's pretty simple to brighten a picture but for the video's I suppose it's nice.

I'm sure it depends on the setup but how often does it take a picture then misses the video of a deer. I'm not sure if I care for that feature. My brother in law pulled a card from a M80 off a scrape last week and it happened a lot. He had a real nice 10pt come in a few different times and would get a blurry pic then a blurry video of him walking away. Just wondering if this was the norm as I like to learn and research as much as I can about cameras. Then I try to stock the best camera in a few different price ranges. My brother is trying a Wildgame W10XC micro cam. I'm curious to see how it performs compared to the Moultrie.
Yep I have had a few of those. No blurry videos tho. The picture is nice because it has all the info. It would be nice if it took the pic after the video that would be one thing I would change if I could. I don't think the delay is that long. Gonna check cameras today and test it. I would guess it is five or ten seconds tho. A deer can move along ways in ten seconds.
But like you said you could adjust your camera setup to keep deer in frame longer. I try to point my cameras down the trail when possible not parallel to the trail. That's nothing new.
