Yes it is 1080 or 720. You can switch to to either one.

It looks like it is set up for being set up with a bow. Is that correct or is it a universal mount.

It set up for stabilizer only that is for sale. The bow or gun attachment can be bought from Tactacam. These are accessories from Tactacam and now they don't include them with their cameras now.
