The Hunt Never Ends....
I'll make this short.
Dwilk and I are hungover and running late. Long walk in. Sun coming up. No gobbles. 1 hour into hunt bird sounds off 800yds away.
After an hour of hunting him, and 1 close call (hung up at 50yds), finally outsmarted him by circling around on him and calling him in. Supernova barks, bird flops.
Likely, one of the best turkey hunts i'll ever be on. Gotta love it. :way:
24.5lbs, 11in beard. Spurs; L-1 1/2 R 1 3/8. (I'll post pics of everything for the contest later).
My cousin shot one within 5 minutes of me throwing lead at mine.
