...last year I taped a turkey hunt of a buddy's first bird...pretty fun!...now I want to do more...I have a portable tripod coming to help with stability issues and I am looking for ideas on remote microphones to better pick up the turkey sounds...any ideas?...
 
I was impressed with how well my cam pics up the sounds. I don't think it is worth the hassle for me. Maybe your cam is different or you want to take your video to the next level. Whatever the case, I don't have any info for ya. Good luck with it though.
