Tarsal gland

Last week Thursday my buddy shot an eight point in Ohio. I cut the tarsal gland off and hung it in my shooting lane. Several small bucks came right in on it but soon exited seemly intimidated by the prospect of another buck. A 130 class also came in downwind of it and was more looking to fight then the prior smaller bucks. This is not my first time using a gland but probably the first time I got such a good response.

Yes, several times with lackluster results. Infact the buck I shot this year walked over some Tink's 69 gel and past a gland with out any reaction.
