Do we have any hockey fans on this site??? What a cup series. Thought the Flames may get er dun towards the end there. Would have like to see another overtime game but it was still awesome!
 
I love to cup, I love the little short triple crow, I can’t stand the marathon NBA playoffs that may if it goes 7 games, will take them to there pre-season
 
You can't be from Saskatchewan and not love hockey, fast and tough, what a marathon those players go through. I must admit I'm not one bit sad that a Canadian team didn't win though it would have been nice. It's good to see a young team that develops their players get rewarded and Tampa Bay has more Canadians on their team than any other team in the league, it'll be good for hockey in that city.
 
I went to a fight once and a hockey game broke out.

i might as well put the NFL, NBA, and MLB up on the YAWN charts as well. with all the conspiracies/hypes up on performance enhancing drugs, corked bats, endorsements, etc; i just can't get excited to watch "professional" athletes. the innocence and fun is lost to those who need to make a buck and always do bigger and better things.

give me a little league or t-ball game any day.

saskguy - i can live in canada, i'll blend right in. all i'll have to do is start saying "uff da" and "yah". besides, there's people who live in iowa that don't like corn, im' sure, we dont' discriminate.

Preach on muddy, I dont watch any of that stuff either, Never was much of a sports guy, never was much of a television guy, call me old fashioned i guess, heck ive been at college for 3 years and have not been to one football game or any other sports event for that matter. too busy with hunting, deer scouting, and iowawhitetail. LET NOVEMBER COME BABY
