I just thought i'd share this with everybody because I haven't laugh this hard in my life.
My yougest boy just turned 4 and his goal in life is dig up worms and buy every fishing lure ever made (Cabelas and fleet farm are the worst places to take him he got a bigger takle collection then me, but I do have a bigger collection of treble hooks).
Well I took him fishing the other day and on the way in I saw a gardner snake going across the road so I stopped. He was out in a flash to catch him. It was striking at him with absolutely no fear he picks him up yelling and sceaming that he got a snake and wants to take it home.
I let him carry it around and I started doing some fishing. After about 10 minutes of Nonestop talk about what he was going to do with it there was a silence. I turned around to see the snake latched on to his thumb. He just grabbed it by the head and pulled it off.I told him hed better let it go but he insisted he should keep it. I went to take it away from him and before I got to him the snake was latched on to the back of his hand once again he grabbed it by the head until it let go. I finally got it away from him and we watched go. With 8 small bloody holes in his hand all he had to say was "Dad I like to snakes to bite me there nice snakes." I wish I would have had a video camera it was hilarious. My other kids were scared of everything. I'm glad there aren't any poisonous snakes around here!!
100% Pure boy thats for sure.
