That's a good one! I'm still waiting for the day when I walk up to one and get ground enlargement. Probably won't ever happen, but I can dream though right?
Happened to me bowseason this year, Thought I killed a 140" ended up bein a 125! But then again, 3 yrs ago I shot a buck at 80 yrds thinkin he was just a tall and tight basket rack, got up to him and he ended up bein a 138" non typical!
I'm normally the other way around but I tend to field judge deer smaller than they'll tape out. I don't shoot many monster bucks anyhow so when I get a buck I'm normally surprised at how big it is vs. what I thought before I'd shot.
