Got mine in the mail today in Michigan. Yours should be there any day. Now I can spend it on another hunt!
 
I think the state has been having a tough time dealing with budget problems etc... this year. They probably need to squeeze all the interest out of the CD's they can. I finally got my state income tax refund back this week.
 
It's crazy to have to send in money and wait for a refund this day and age.

A western state just implemented a online application where you pay $5 charged to a credit card now, and if drawn they charge the balance to your credit card. I use to send $1320 for bighorn and elk tags, now just $10.

I'm afraid that many more people will apply now thou.
 
I agree with you BugleMIn. Arizona has always seemed to be a little more "cutting edge" than most other states. Oops, gave it away, didn't I? Also, was nice to get my "not drawn" notice early by email so I could plan my next move.
