This mornings Gobbler

I shot this eastern at 0845 this morning. I only hunted for about 15 minutes, actually I was on my way to set up and spotted 3 gobblers making there way to where I was going to set up at. So I headed them off and within a couple of minutes there they were. I let him have it with the ole Bowtech Tomkat! 10 1/2 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. Not much of a hunt but a very exciting short one.
Now its time to get busy and start skinnin!

No, I was actually in the clump of trees in the background. Which was about 22 yds. when I shot him.
He is being cooked as I write this. I skinned his backside and have his hide stretched out with salt on it now. Along with his feet and beard.
