A little background for all of you who don't know...

First off I started hunting back in 2009 when a friend of ours invited us January Antler-less hunting. This was the first time I had been deer hunting and the first time out I shot my first doe at 225 yards with a .243.

Here's half of a group during JA by my stand...

2010 Shotgun Anysex

My Dad isn't an avid hunter so I learned the shotgun push method but didn't like hunting with groups of people. My Dad and I went and pushed one of our places and bumped this buck right to me. I had a broken ankle and chickenpox at the time and was glad to finally get out of the house.

These were some of my first hunting moments.

Thanks for sharing. Wish I had pics from the early years but we were still dreaming about cell phones back then and if you wanted trail cam pics, you had to draw them. Started hunting in 1970 and have seen a lot of changes since.

I've also got a few friends shots at good bucks. They don't have anywhere to hunt, so I bring them out with me.

Took this last year, I'll take a picture of it this year. It's worn down a lot more this year.
