totally psyched

at my parental units house tonite. went up and checked on my bachelor group of bucks...they're all there, plus one VERY nice one. i sat and sat and sat and then all of a sudden i looked up and there he was. tall, way past his ears, and he looked like an 8 point. if he is i'm guessing 145 or so...going to go out and check the area a little closer tomorrow morning. deadeye, get that camera warmed up, October 3rd or 4th is my scheduled shot!!

I know what you mean Muddy. I took a ride this evening on the Grizzly and saw one heck of a buck on the back side of property I can hunt. I know it was the big 10 from last fall my wife had a crack at. He has grown a lot. Guessing in the upper 170s. I am totally psyched!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
