i have been looking for a climber treestand. does anyone have a perticular favorite? i have been looking at a "Summit Broadhead Backpacker" and "Ol' Man Grand Climber." what do you think of these treestands? any advise could be helpfull

i bet al lot of people on here will say the lone wolf hand climber. which if i was to buy one this is what i would get. but i think that summit looks awesome!! ive used the old man and personnally i dont like it at all!!

I have an older API and a Ol man. I realy like the Ol man and would recommend it. Both of my sons really like it as well.

i have the summit ultra and the summit golieth and i love them i have never had a problem with any of them i could sleep all day in one stay away from the classic its made of steel and weighs about eight more pounds than the others

I have a Summit climber and really like it but since I got the lone wolf with climbing sticks, I have not used it.....it is for sale if you want it. I come up to Mt Plesant occationally and could bring it up for you to view if you would like on my next trip.

I have the new Summit Viper 4 and I love it and would recommend it to anyone. It is very light-weight and comfortable. I also like the new rapid climing stirrups that it has.....they make climbing a lot easier and quicker. I think the price was right around $225, but most definiatley worth it.

well thanks guys. i know someone who is goin to let me try their ol' man climber. Ill probably make my way to an archery shop and try out a summit. thanks again.
