Treet rats, fishing & camping

Well I'm putting in a short day and heading out with the boys this afternoon for a couple days of camping fishing and squirrel hunting. Going out this evening to catch some bullfrogs, going squirrel hunting tomorrow early A.M. and fishing in the afternoon. The boys want to have a game feed tomorrow night with all of the above. I didn't pack enough food for tomorrow evening so we'll have to see how good we are. Might be an herbal diet of grass or dandelion salad.

Anyone else going out squirrell hunting?

Sounds like a blast. Careful though....I once had to drive into the nearest town at 8:00 to pick up some cookies for supper when the fish we were spearfishing for didn't cooperate.

Me and my two rug-rats are going to try for some tree-rats saturday morning. Zack has his .22 Cricket Rifle dialed in.

Here are some pics of me and the boys on the camping weekend. We didn't
get any squirrels or frogs but we did really good fishing. The weather was
perfect where we were at. Only rained a little Sunday night. The boys and me had an absolutley awesome time. What really got me was on the way home they both told me how much fun they had and thanked me for taking them and then they both told me they loved me.

Way to go Dad! Looks like those boys had a blast.Memories being made. Keep it up ,they grow way to fast. Mine are 13 and 11 and it seems like yesterday they were as small as your boys are now.
