It's the same story I've heard many, many times...only I've never had it happen to me.
I lined up some primo ground last year and have pretty much exclusive access to some great gobblers. I've given away more than 20 hours of free computer/network service to the owner. Not that I mind.
So last night I'm taking a drive by this beautiful piece of property and I see some birds out on the timber edge. But they look a little goofy. I pulled onto the shoulder of the road and get out the binos...sure enough it's 3 decoys. I scan the grass edge and see two a$$holes set up 50 fu**ing yards from where I plan on hunting in 36 hours time.
Why, why, why??????? I was so pissed. I know they weren't supposed to be there. I could see them looking back at me and pointing to my truck while I was watching through the binos.
Sooooo...a little romp with Ram through the picked corn was all it took to scatter them. I pulled down into the field and had the Wild Country's throwing $hit in every direction. I had her pointed right at 'em and was probably running 50 across the ruts! Those guys grabbed their decoys and disappeared into the timber pretty quick. I still don't know where they came from. Hopefully they don't come back. I'm still a little hot.
At least it wasn't my own property. I'd have just started shooting!
