Trophy Ridge Sights

Full Quiver

New Member
I bought a TR Matrix a couple of weeks ago, had been looking for a new sight and couldn't pass up the deal I got on it. Went to shoot with it yesterday and got it set up fairly well, although not perfect. My question to anyone who has one of these sights, is if you have any tips for dialing it in. Now I have the 20 yard pin set, can I set the 30 and 40 yard pins without screwing up everything else?

Thanks.

When I set my 20 yard pin up the rest were pretty much dead on. I did have to do a bit of elevation change for the 60 yard pin, but that was about it. Contrary to what SOME people say on here the TR sights are really good sights. Mine did bend pretty bad after both myself, and the bow, took a tumble from a tree. I only went a few feet while my bow went 30. The sight hit a limb about 5 feet off the ground and bent really bad. Yes, it ruined my weekend of hunting but so did the extreme soreness I had. TR took care of the sight with no problems and I was ready to go within a day or so. Great customer service and a top notch sight, congrats on the purchase and good luck with it. Any other questions on it feel free to PM me or keep posting them.

Just set your 20 yard by moving the whole sight up and down, then they should be really close, you basically just unlock the cam then move the lever up and down tell you get your individual pins set to the yardage you want. Very nice sight, and no fancy modifications needed.

I have one and have had good luck with it. I did have to return one defective piecewhich was covered with no hassle. A friend of mine had one which didn't mount plumb and had to shim it to get his in-line sights on with his level. I would check that and you should be ready to set it up. Like I said, I have had good luck with it and like the fact that there's not much blocking your view of the shot.

Thanks for all the tips.
Nicerack...After shooting some more, I believe that I need to shim the mount. When the bubble in the sight is level, my bow is not level. How did you friend go about shimming the sight? Thanks.
