trouble buying tags on DNR's website

Being a web developer myself, running into error messages really torques me off!!!

I keep getting

Error: 0692

DEN-Prior License
The license requested is already on the customers record.

Im trying to buy additional doe licenses and it wont let me yet their are plenty available for my county?

I suppose I'll have to call them monday!

you can only buy one doe license until sept 15th
(not 100% on the date) but you only get one, until everyone else gets a shot
