Sounds kinda racist - preferential treatment for squirrels because of the color of their skin. Same goes for albino deer, too.

You gotta love it don't ya! Well the story goes something like this. This guy(who has been in jail many times and is a pc of Sh__.) Anyway he was at a place called Childrens square which houses runaways, delinquents, etc. He had his pitbull and was turning it loose to chase these squirrels which were near the children. So the CBPD Officer handled his business and applied an age old law. I personally love it and it is especially sweet due to the jerk it happened to!!
