Got my first turkey of 2013. Got skunked in 2012 so I decided get started early this year.

The coloring looks great! Better hope the bows don't change as much in the next 10 years as they have in the last 10. That bow in the picture might look like a dinosaur :)
 
Nope wasn't drinking. Sat down at 10am and finished at 4pm. Why doe turkeys have sooo many feathers :-/? It's been over 10 years since I started hunting turkeys (always been with a bow) and it could pass for the bow I was shooting then or now. If they do start putting the limbs on backwards or something..... oh well.

The new "bows" are going to have buttstocks and triggers and the limbs will be horizontal!!:moon:
 
A lot of artists have a difficult time drawing wildlife for some reason but your guy did a really good job.
 
Fresh ink is always a treat...nice work and thanks for sharing. Reminds me that I need to get back to finishing my sleeves.
 
I don't think I could even get a poult on my scrawny a$$ed arms. My arms would make a 100 inch rack look HUGE.
