Turkey nugget time!

Nice bird. Congrats to the kiddos!! Looks like a .410? Great gun. Btw try cutting up in one inch pieces, wrap in bacon, OMG.
Yep! CVA scout .410. Had a Stevens too. That might have shot even better but the removable spacer on the scout made the stock fit the kids better. Gotta agree with wrapping them in bacon! Probably my favorite! Can’t get the kids away from the nuggets tho unfortunately. Also been a fan of putting the legs and thighs in a crockpot for about 24 hours on low with a package of Italian beef seasoning. It’s a pain picking out all the little bones but turns out surprisingly good! Even looks like beef when it’s done. Makes a heck of a sandwich!

Congrats! For turkey nuggs, cube up the breasts, get some Klausen's pickles, take the pickles out, and soak the turkey nuggs in the brine in the fridge for a full day or two. Take out, roll them in Andy's batter or batter of choice, pan or regular fry, enjoy! No egg wash or anything. I typically use olive oil or peanut. The Klausen's makes them taste very Chick fil-a esque
