There is a post in this forum titled "reducing passthroughs" that has some good information in it about broadhead selection for turkeys.

Give me a day or so, I'm in the process of gathering photos of different broadheads that have been used on birds.

I chased gobblers last spring for the first time with my bow. I thought it would be fun (and it was) doing it old fashioned Indian style without a blind. I never filled my tag but I probably learned more about turkey behavior in 6 weeks last spring than I have in the previous 5 years of hunting them.
I'd invest in a good blind if you're easily discouraged. I drew or attempted to draw 6 times last spring and was busted 5 out of 6 times. I connected on the one shot I did get off...but it was a poor shot and all I got out of the deal was a wing feather on a 35 yard hail mary.
I actually missed shotgunning last spring and plan to shotgun 2nd season and bow hunt 4th season this year.

thanks for the help guys im new to this site and actually the broadheads arnt for me they are for a freind i am trying to help him out i couldnt hit a turkey with my bow if my life dpepended on it
