I put a turnip plot in and have tried to stay out of it until rut. Is anyone hunting over turnips now? Alot of activity in my clover but did'nt know if deer liked the turnips better after a hard freeze?
Turnips have been pounded at my SE Iowa plot. I thought it was going to be a later season spot after a significant frost but 1/2 acre of tops was almost gone last week, turnip themselves have only been nibbled on so far.
